Valley Children’s Museum’s mission is to spark the adventure of life-long learning for children and their grown-ups. This directly addresses the need for play-based educational programs in our region. Valley Children’s Museum will provide fun, meaningful interactions for children and their friends, adults, schools and community. No other organization in our region addresses this need.
Our goal is for Valley Children's Museum to be created by the people, for the people of the Tri-Valley and its surrounding communities. We believe that a community-based museum must reflect the true diversity and scope of the area in which it resides.
